The problem

The client wanted a small change to PuddinBot’s ticket system: a way to add members to a support ticket without leaving Discord or touching the bot’s admin panel.

The solution

I built a slash command that adds a member straight into a ticket channel, wired into the bot’s existing permission checks. Once it shipped, the client came back wanting the reverse too — a command to remove a member from a ticket just as easily — so I added a matching slash command alongside it.

The result

Ticket access is now a single slash command in either direction, no manual channel-permission editing required.
