Luna Register

Drives the in-game registration modal: on success it immediately imports any “shadow” pre-migration balance/XP tied to the player’s SteamID, then prompts them to verify their email to trigger the same import against the legacy database. Backend error strings are matched against a fail-closed allowlist of known validation/business-logic messages so an unexpected backend error never leaks a raw message to the player.
