Grab-bag of small server utilities: killfeed, hit markers/numbers, combat guard, claim-rank and server whitelisting.

A catch-all module of independent snippets rather than one cohesive system — a custom killfeed, configurable hit-marker colors/sounds, hit numbers, a “combat guard” flag, VIP health boosts, and a claim-rank command that hooks into a third-party addon’s global table. The old MySQL-backed dev whitelist was migrated out to a backend API call, leaving this module with no direct database access.
