Luna Library
The framework's core bootstrap library: a dependency-ordered module loader, embedded admin permissions (CAMI), a schema-validated networking layer, and internationalization used by every other Luna module.

Loads in a strict order — permissions, config, logging, i18n, then a two-phase module system that registers every Luna module, resolves dependencies with a topological sort, and activates them, catching per-module errors so one failure can’t cascade. Its networking layer validates every net message against a declared schema (byte budgets, entity-ownership checks, field sanitization) rather than trusting raw net messages. Also ships a real unit test suite for its i18n system, unusual for this codebase.
